Cancellation: We will refund your deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee, with a 30 day notice. With less than 30 days notice there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL.
Check-in: youmay check in anytime after 3 p.m. If you are scheduled to arrive after 6 p.m., please notify the office 888.234.4747 to make arrangements for after-hours arrival.
Check-out: You may check out anytime before 10 a.m. There are no late check-outs during the Summer Season.
Pets & Smoking: Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in the units. Smoking is permitted outside the units only. Pets are not permitted on the property and may not be left in vehicles, even if just visiting a registered guest. No Hookah pipes or Hookah is permitted. No Marijuana smoking.
Illegal Drugs and Marijuana: Use or possession are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside a condo or vehicle. No fires or charcoal grills permitted - propane grills are provided!
Any Evidence of drugs, Marijuana, pets, or smoking in a unit will result in a fine and you will be required to leave the property immediately. NO exception & NO refunds.
Early Departure: There is no refund for early departures.
Quiet Time: In respect for other guests and owners, our quiet time begins at 10 pm and last until 8 am. Management reserves the right to address noise issues at any time. All unregistered guests must leave by 9 pm.
Unit Capacity: Unless an exception is granted by management unit capacities are as follows:
1 Bedroom - maximum of 2 people; 2 bedroom - maximum of 5 people; 3 bedroom - maximum of 8 people. Infants and children count in the occupancy count, however, children under age 2 are not billed.
Play Areas: Our grounds do not allow space for play areas. Condo Declarations do not allow bicycles, scooters or skateboards to be used on the sidewalks or parking lots. Ask about Estes Park's Bike Trail and Skateboard Park!
WE DO NOT ALLOW TRAILERS or MOTOR HOMES OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY
Housekeeping: Our Housekeeping staff provides a daily tidy service. They will remove trash, replace towels not hung up (place towels you want replaced on floor or in shower/tub) and they will make your bed. The general rule on towels: if hung up, we do not replace, if on the floor, we do replace. Please be sure you remove personal items from the bed. If the Privacy sign is out, we respect that, however our housekeeping staff may not be able to get back to you later in the day because of time constraints. Please feel free to come by the office to replenish towels and supplies as needed. Bed sheets are changed after 4 nights stay. Additional cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee and based on our housekeeper’s load.
NOTE: If you have requested a specific condo, we will try our best to meet your request. However, we reserve the right to move your party to a different condo (prior to your arrival) in order to efficiently book our resort.
